Anna és Karol, ez a kedves orosz-lengyel pár a blogomon keresztül vette fel velem a kapcsolatot. Esküvőjük előtt pár nappal Budapestre látogattak, és szerettek volna pár képet készíttetni. Természetesen örömmel fogadtam a felkérést, hiszen így nem csak idegenvezetősdizni volt alkalmam, hanem megkopott orosz nyelvtudásom is leporolhattam (a gördülékenyebb kommunikáció érdekében persze inkább angolul folyt a társalgás). Budapest számos nevezetessége közül a klasszikus Szt István bazilika – Lánchíd – Várnegyed triumvirátust választottuk. A két és fél – három órás séta során – amellett hogy kitárgyaltuk a lengyel-magyar barátság gyökereit - rengeteg képet is készítettünk, íme néhány ízelítő.
Anna & Karol, this lovely Russian-Polish couple contacted me through my blog. Few days before their wedding, they visited Budapest and wanted some photos from their trip. I, of course, happily agreed to accompany them on their sightseeing, since it gave me the opportunity not only to play tour-guide, but to refresh my faded Russian knowledge as well (for the sake of more fluent communication we mostly stuck to English though). From among the many spectacular routes in Budapest we chose the classic St Stephan Basilica – Chainbridge – Castle Hill walk. Throughout the 2.5 – 3 hours walk – besides discussing the roots of Polish-Hungarian friendship – we took countless photos. Here’s a few of them.
